Printable checklist
30-day starter checklist
A printable plan for three reviewed pages and a modest observation baseline.
Scope

Thirty days is a planning window. It is not a promise that any page will be crawled, cited, or sent traffic by the deadline.
Week 1: inspect
- [ ] Choose three pages serving the same audience decision.
- [ ] Check public access and document unresolved technical issues.
- [ ] Inventory the main claims and missing sources.
- [ ] Take the knowledge assessment and select a learning priority.
- [ ] Freeze a small prompt-set version and define counting rules.
- [ ] Record a baseline with product, date, context, and unknowns.
Week 2: substantiate
- [ ] Verify product names, editions, capabilities, and limitations.
- [ ] Connect important claims to appropriate evidence.
- [ ] Separate illustrative examples from measurements.
- [ ] Remove unsupported statements or assign investigation owners.
Week 3: review and publish
- [ ] Restructure each page around its reader’s task.
- [ ] Run structural checks and conduct an independent factual pass.
- [ ] Confirm author, publication date, review date, sources, and scope.
- [ ] Publish only the records approved for public reading.
Week 4: observe and decide
- [ ] Repeat the documented observation procedure where useful.
- [ ] Keep mentions, citations, referrals, and business outcomes separate.
- [ ] Note any change that prevents a comparable baseline.
- [ ] Avoid causal claims from an uncontrolled before-and-after comparison.
- [ ] Write a decision memo: completed work, observations, limits, next action.

Smallest useful next change: ____________________
Stop collecting a measure when it no longer informs a decision. Keep useful maintenance work, such as correcting an inaccurate product description, even when its AI-search impact cannot be measured.
